Create a soft atmosphere, as making your bedroom a cosy haven can make all the difference to your night’s sleep. Lighting a scented candle or burning incense will create a soft atmosphere, making it easier for you to fall into a stress-free sleep. Just don’t forget to extinguish any candles and incense before you go to sleep!

Light exercise at least three hours before bedtime is a good way to shake off the stresses of the day, keep fit and prepare your body for a good night’s sleep. Why not try doing some simple exercising or light stretches tonight before bed?
