We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales, and selected parts of Scotland. A delivery charge applies to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. Please refer to our postcode checker for full details on applicable charges. We aim to offer fast delivery wherever possible, however delivery to some areas, including selected Scottish postcodes, Grampian, Highlands, Ireland, and Jersey, may take 3 to 14 days.

We offer a FREE NEXT working day (8.00am – 6.00pm * On occasion deliveries may be made outside of these times) delivery service to the UK Mainland (dependent on delivery area) on all orders over £45 received & security checked before 4pm. Orders under £45 incur a £3.99 delivery charge.

We do also offer a Saturday delivery (8.00am – 6.00pm) at an additional charge of £30.00. Orders need to be placed by 4.00pm on Friday previous to delivery day. Sunday is also available in limited capacity for select postcodes and can be seen in the first stage of the checkout process upon entering your postcode.
If you live within East Anglia. We will deliver most goods using our own vehicles and our dedicated dispatch team. We also offer a disposal service which must be booked and paid for when placing the order. Please use our postcode checker at the top of the page to view your delivery options. All of our National orders are delivered by ONE PERSON (unless a two person room of choice service has been specified and paid for when required), to the first accessible ground floor door of the premises. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and are not insured to take any items into your property.
Yes, we offer a disposal service to our local delivery areas, and you can add this service in the checkout process. We can only dispose of like for like items, so for example if you are buying a new mattress, we can then dispose of your old mattress. We cannot dispose of sofa beds, or if your item is soiled. Our drivers have the right to refuse disposal if they feel the item is soiled. If you wish for your bed to be disposed of, please make sure the bed has been dismantled, whilst a divan set will count as 2 items. Please note, a bed and a mattress counts as 2 items, so you must be buying a replacement bed and mattress. If you wish to find out more information regarding our disposal, please ring our customer service team who will be happy to clarify and answer any questions you may have. Our disposal service costs £30.00 per item and is only available with our bedroom delivery service.
