We offer bespoke specifications and custom sizing to meet all of your hospitality needs. However, this comes with a lead time and may not be possible for emergency replacements or next day delivery.

Zip and link mattresses are two separate mattresses that can be zipped together to form one larger bed. This setup is ideal for hotels, guest houses, and other contract environments where flexibility is needed. Each side can also have different firmness levels or specifications if needed, offering tailored comfort.

The majority of our contract range is in stock on the shelf for standard sizes, and these can be delivered the next working day (UK Mainland). On the rare occasions when we’re out of stock, we will put your orders into our system for quick delivery.

We deliver next day to all of the UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight four days a week. A small fee is applicable to delivery to the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

This depends on the individual product, but all our warranties range from 1 to 5 years.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange contract mattresses, however we will be sure to thoroughly discuss your needs and requirements at the time or purchase to ensure our mattresses meet them without complications.

We do not, but flipping your mattresses occasionally is an integral part of mattress aftercare to get the best out of your mattress, as well as using a good quality mattress protector.
